`param(name, def, opts)`	Creates a live control. Use `{min,max,step,label}`, or `{type:'color'}`.
`brushRadius(r)`	Dynamic brush footprint. No engine-side fixed maximum.
`brushSize(w,h)`	Explicit dynamic footprint.
`brushSpacing(px)`	Minimum distance between generated dabs; large stamps should use this.

Brush code returns false for transparent, true for default white, an IRC color 16..98, or an exact rgb(r,g,b) color. Fill code accepts the same colors, or false to leave that region pixel unchanged.
